The Twinkling Lights Cowl pattern has three sizes included: adult, child, and toddler. This cowl is the matching pattern to my Twinkling Lights Hat pattern (listed in my shop). It is sure to keep you and any little ones in your life super warm and cozy!

Skill Level: Beginner

Necessary Supplies:
• US 15 / 10 mm 16” circular knitting needle
• Super Bulky Yarn (weight 6) yarn in two colors. I suggest using Malabrigo Rasta, but any other super bulky yarn will be fine.

Sizes: Adult, child, and toddler.
